Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, adtech, martech, or commerce media.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising stack, including ad serving, targeting, measurement, and delivery systems.
• Experience writing detailed technical requirements and collaborating with technology teams through full product lifecycle.
• Experience managing third-party technology integrations within advertising ecosystems.
• Experience navigating governance, compliance, and regulatory approvals in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute against the product roadmap for ad and offers capabilities, delivering on-time, to standard.
• Write and own technical requirements and business specifications for engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between commercial and technology teams to align priorities.
• Own third-party AdTech/MarTech integrations and vendor relationships.
• Lead product testing, QA, and validation to meet commercial and technical standards.
• Navigate legal, risk, and regulatory reviews to drive approvals for new features.
• Monitor post-launch performance and escalate optimization opportunities.
• Drive risk awareness and governance compliance in line with Citi policies.
