Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager for the Ads Framework team to shape the orchestration and presentation layer that personalizes content across web, iOS, and Android. You will optimize targeted content delivery, driving customer acquisition and engagement.

You will collaborate with Product, Digital Channels, Technology, Analytics, and Marketing to translate insights into a compelling roadmap and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality products that deliver measurable value for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, and roadmap development.
• Ability to define success criteria and KPIs and measure outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Experience with Agile, JIRA, Confluence and Figma.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned with strategy.
• Builds framework and tracks metrics like cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with architects, engineering, and other product teams.
• Identify gaps and future opportunities for the product.
• Leverage user data, analytics, and feedback to shape technical approach and roadmap.
• Communicate prioritization of features and tradeoffs clearly.
• Deliver on strategy with scalable solutions for the broader organization.
• Influence peers and senior leaders to build consensus.
