Allegion plc in the United States is seeking a Product Manager for Stanley Access Technologies. You will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitability and growth across sliding doors, swing operators and ICU doors.

You will develop business cases, align with stakeholders, and translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps, with travel up to 20% as needed. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or technical field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to translate data into actionable opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and manages a product line(s).
• Manages product lifecycle including new development, sunsetting, and enhancements.
• Maintains knowledge of markets, channels and go-to-market strategy.
• Leads business cases with KPIs and financial expectations; forecasts and commercialization strategy.
• Gathers sales, market and customer data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Monitors performance through financial metrics and KPIs; takes action to improve results.
• Benchmarks against competition to position products effectively.
• Maintains partnerships with stakeholders and communicates updates clearly.
• Provides direction and mentorship to team members.
