Job summary

Stanley Access Technologies, an Allegion brand, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Burnsville, MN to manage parts ordering, receiving, and staging for installers. You will unload trucks, guide material flows, and serve as the single point of contact for part sales.

Strong organization and communication are essential. You will work with parts for service calls, assist with returns, maintain a clean warehouse, and coordinate with drivers and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience ordering/receiving parts or inventory control.
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift and/or carry weight from 50-75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Organizational Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.
• Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Ordering, receiving and researching parts for open service calls.
• Pulling, staging and loading material for installers.
• Unloading and receiving trucks from the manufacturing facility and UPS.
• Single point of contact for part sales (10-20 per month).
• Dropping off scrap, delivering/picking up material and vehicles as needed.
• Processing out of box failures, returns and cores.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicates via phone and email as needed.

Compensation:

Compensation: $25- $30 depending on experience. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Bonus Eligible: Yes
