Avenue Code is seeking a Product Manager to drive vision, roadmap and execution of complex digital products for a major retail client in San Jose. You will partner with engineering and design to translate product concepts into actionable requirements and high‑quality releases, on-site four days a week.
Ideal candidates own multi‑quarter roadmaps, write clear user stories, define success metrics, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 5 years in Product Management for complex digital/interactive products.
- Own product roadmaps from vision to release.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to break down complex experiences into features.
- Strong UX and user-flow thinking.
- Experience with engineering-heavy teams and technical tradeoffs.
- Experience coordinating releases and communications.
- Experience with 3D visualization, interactive visual tools, or similar technologies.
- Practical interest in AI and its application to customer-facing product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from vision to release.
- Translate vision into multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Define and track product success metrics and adoption impact.
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Coordinate product releases with rollout plans and demos.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve customer experiences.
