Job summary

Northbeam, a fast-growing marketing intelligence platform, is hiring a Principal Product Manager in San Francisco. You will own major portions of the company roadmap, lead large, complex experiences from concept to execution, and work directly with brands and agencies to translate needs into product decisions.

You will drive AI-centered capabilities, collaborate with design leadership, and ensure high-quality launches while partnering with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Fluency in marketing measurement, attribution (MTA/MMM) and privacy constraints.
• Experience shipping data-heavy products and AI-enabled capabilities.
• BS degree in engineering, CS, or data science; engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own big portions of the company roadmap and deliver it.
• Lead large, complex experiences from concept to execution.
• Work directly with customers via calls, onsite, and betas.
• Drive AI into the core of the product with measurable value.
• Partner with Design to ensure products are powerful and easy to use.
• Define and run user acceptance testing and release quality.
• Run rigorous product development sprints and MVP scoping.
• Equip go-to-market teams with playbooks and release details.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
