Job summary

CHAMP in Cleveland is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to own a critical product area, guide discovery, shape strategy, and collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver value. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives, map user needs, define success metrics, and communicate across teams to align work with strategic goals.

Travel up to 10% is required, and relocation sponsorship is not offered. You will partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship meaningful improvements
• Familiarity with modern product discovery, agile delivery, and lean experimentation
• Strong systems thinking – able to create clarity in messy problems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence across stakeholders
• Product Management experience in a Software Development setting

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation of a high-priority, 0-to-1 product with vision, strategy, and initial launch
• Lead product discovery to uncover user needs, goals, and technical opportunities
• Drive clarity in complex systems, map workflows, identify leverage points, and tradeoffs
• Define success and guide the team toward outcomes using data and insights
• Partner with engineers and designers to deliver valuable, feasible solutions
• Communicate across teams and stakeholders, aligning work to strategy
• Mentor others and raise the bar, fostering ownership and excellence
• Travel domestically up to 10%
