Version 1 ищет лидера продукта, который задаёт направление и проводит команды через сложные задачи ради успешных результатов. Вы будете опираться на потребности пользователей и бизнес-цели, чтобы формулировать приоритеты, расставлять акценты и обеспечивать качественную реализацию.

Qualifications

• Подтверждённый практический опыт продуктового менеджмента и достижения значимого влияния.

• Способность упрощать сложные вещи и рассказывать истории для вовлечения команды.

Responsibilities

• Ведёте видение продукта и устанавливаете направление через обсуждения и планирования.
• Формулируете проблемы до поиска решений, гарантируя работу над важными задачами.
• Защищаете интересы пользователя, внедряя инсайты в приоритеты и trade-off decisions.
• Сотрудничаете между дисциплинами (дизайн, инженерия, данные, политика) как партнёры по решению задач.
• Проводите воркшопы и встречи для достижения явных решений и общего понимания.
