Job summary

Version 1 ищет опытного Java-разработчика для работы над крупными проектами и облачными решениями в США. Ваша задача — проектировать и разворачивать масштабируемые сервисы на Java с использованием Spring и Hibernate, писать эффективные SQL-запросы и обеспечивать качество кода.

Требуется 7+ лет опыта в продуктивной разработке, глубокие знания AWS и работы с реляционными БД. Гибкий график, удалённый формат и конкурентное вознаграждение внутри глобальной команды.

Qualifications

• Степень бакалавра или магистра в области компьютерной техники/инженерии.
• 7+ лет опыта работы Java-разработчиком в продуктах или сервисах.
• 3+ года работы с AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions и пр.).

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и разработка Java-приложений с масштабируемостью и эффективностью.
• Использование AWS для развёртывания облачных решений, обеспечивая высокую доступность.
• Проектирование и оптимизация схем баз данных, сложные SQL-запросы, производительность.
• Разработка пакетной обработки данных и управление ею.
• Обеспечение качества кода через ревью, юнит-тесты и лучшие практики.
• Работа в команде с менеджерами продукта, QA и разработчиками.
• Идентификация узких мест, исправление ошибок и технического долга.
• Наставничество младших разработчиков и развитие команды.

• Design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient Java applications.
• Utilize AWS services to build and deploy cloud-based solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Design, implement, and maintain database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
• Develop and manage batch processing systems to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 7+ years working as a Java Developer in product development or services environment.
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda function, Step-functions, Event bus etc.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), ability to write complex joins, performance troubleshooting experience etc.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• SC Clearance essential Будет плюсом: Hands-on experience with batch processing frameworks and tools; Minimum of 2 years is nice to have
