Job summary

Critical Software ищет опытного продакт-менеджера для руководства дорожной картой продуктов в области сертифицированных и безопасных решений. Ваша задача — балансировать требования регуляторов, клиентов и долгосрочную стратегию продукта.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт вывода продуктов на рынок в регулируемой сфере, умение работать с сложными стейкхолдерами и владение английским на высоком уровне. Гибридный график, поддержка удалённой работы и благоприятные условия труда.

Qualifications

• Опыт вывода на рынок новых продуктов, включая бизнес-кейс и P&L.
• Опыт работы с софтверными, подключаемыми или данными продуктами.
• Умение работать с длинными циклами продукта и многостейкхолдерам (операторы, регуляторы, сертифиц. органы).
• Сильные коммуникативные способности, перевод технической и регуляторной сложности в решения по продукту.
• Свободное владение английским языком (C1/C2).
• Желателен опыт сертификационных процессов в безопасных сферах (EN 50126/50129/50716 и пр.).

Responsibilities

• Владение дорожной картой продукта, балансируя сертификационные этапы, обязательства клиентов и стратегию продукта.
• Определение и валидация новых продуктовых возможностей (рынок, конкуренция, технология, исследование клиентов).
• Формирование бизнес-кейса, ценообразование и P&L для продуктовой линейки от концепции до первых клиентов.
• Разработка go-to-market стратегии и сотрудничество с коммерческими командами по позиционированию и партнёрствам.
• Координация небольшой команды и взаимодействие с инженерами, отделами безопасности и сертификации.

Job description

Задачи:

• Own the product roadmap, balancing certification milestones, customer commitments, and long-term product strategy
• Identify and validate new product opportunities (market and competitive analysis, technology scouting, customer discovery), translating their specific needs into product requirements and shaping the full portfolio rather than a single feature
• Own the business case, pricing and P&L for each product line, and take new products from concept through to their first paying customers
• Build the go-to-market strategy for product placement and business expansion, working with commercial and business development teams on positioning, pricing, and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate a small team with direct access to leadership - working closely with engineering, safety, and certification teams to align product decisions

Требования:

• Proven track record taking new products from zero to market, ideally in a regulated or safety-critical industry
• Experience with software-defined, connected or data-driven products
• Comfort working with long product lifecycles and complex, multi-stakeholder environments (operators, regulators, notified bodies)
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product decisions
