Our large healthcare client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 6 months, potential to extend. This is a part time role, approx. 30 hours/week (4-6 hours/day).
This role is 100% onsite days a week in Austin, TX or Pleasanton, CA.
Role Summary
The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial success through strategic marketing initiatives for heart failure solutions. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to support product launches, messaging, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and experience in regulated healthcare environments.
Top Must Have Skills
7+ years of product marketing experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences
Strong understanding of regulated marketing collateral development and approval processes
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Veeva, Monday.com, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Experience with clinical data to inform strategy and messaging
Familiarity with cardiovascular or heart failure markets
Experience launching new products to market
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and materials to support product launches
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs
Lead cross-functional alignment and manage timelines for marketing initiatives
Support go-to-market strategy and field readiness for new product introductions
Maintain marketing content repositories and ensure version control
Create impactful sales enablement tools and messaging
Analyze market trends and internal insights to optimize marketing effectiveness
Streamline asset development and approval processes for efficiency
Serve as a key liaison for project updates and cross-functional communication
Ensure Compliance With FDA And Other Regulatory Requirements
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
