Job summary

ALOIS Solutions seeks a Product Manager to lead technology projects at our Phoenix, AZ site. You will drive IT initiatives from initiation through delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include leading projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, gathering requirements, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and plans, and coordinating development, SaaS, infrastructure, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management or IT business analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, including Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and releases.
• Experience managing teams, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, and project risks.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, cloud platforms, and IT security.
• PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
