This team owns the product strategy for a shared cart and checkout product experience across web and mobile app platforms. This role will partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial stakeholders to deliver a reliable, high-converting, and scalable experience.

Success requires established competency working with eCommerce transactional products — cart and checkout flows, payment processing, and conversion optimization and experimentation — along with the data and technical fluency to evaluate trade-offs, and the leadership skill to align cross-functional teams throughout delivery.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, for defined product features or experiences
  • Develop product requirements and user stories that translate technical needs into clear functional capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams
  • Responsibility for execution for small to medium product areas, including solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration
  • Contribute to the design, enhancement, and integration of software features or third‑party solutions and/or multiple systems (e.g., SaaS)

  • Apply knowledge of innovative digital technologies to improve product outcomes
  • Exhibits depth in ecommerce products and platforms across web and mobile apps and uses this knowledge to contribute to innovation and enhance user satisfaction
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; regularly share relevant insights with the team
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences using strong verbal and written communication skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • Familiar with commerce products, including cart, checkout, and transactional funnels.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in creating feature-level requirements, user stories, and backlog inputs
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience leading initiatives that span several teams - engineering, UX, and business teams - to drive delivery.
  • Experience working in PowerPoint, Keynote or similar presentation tools.
  • Ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience using data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions
  • Experience driving value through experimentation methodologies and measurement tools (Adobe, Contentsquare, Tableau, or similar tools)
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
