The Role

AXS seeks a talented Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution, aligned with organizational strategies and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs. Your role includes analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and contributing to future product directions through discovery, requirements elicitation, and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead product development and management for designated products.
2. Collaborate with engineering, UX, data analytics, and client success teams to deliver aligned products.
3. Drive discovery, formulate hypotheses, define OKRs, and evaluate solutions for maximum impact.
4. Create detailed specifications, process maps, and user stories to guide development.
5. Implement test-and-learn frameworks, from MVP to scalable solutions.
6. Define and track KPIs to measure and improve product performance.
7. Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative, scalable solutions for current and future markets.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
9. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and monitor product success.

What Will You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degrees preferred, in Business, MIS, CS, or related fields.
• 3+ years in product management.
• Experience with B2B/B2C products and emerging trends.
• Experience in a complex global tech environment.
• Proficiency in discovery processes, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and functions including exec management, sales, and marketing.
• Strong discipline in product management practices.
• Proven ability to build scalable, customer-focused products.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of product marketing and launch processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
• Strong organizational skills in demanding environments.
• Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or related industries is a plus.

Pay Scale: $97,451 - $135,000
