The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for formulating our product offering roadmap, which includes driving research, design, enhancement, and development of product features to meet the evolving needs of target customers and deliver meaningful impact and growth.

92, 154 to $174,681 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
83,776 to $158,801(NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
75,339 to $142,991 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions :
o Partner with Experience, Sales Development and IT to understand the voice of customers (both insured and agents), identify opportunities, test hypotheses and lead iterative concept testing for new features and products.
o Build business cases for new product offerings (new optional coverages, new ancillary products, proactive prevention solutions and value-added offering) to address target customer needs and establish / enhance our value proposition.
o Research and find opportunities to enhance both the structure and delivery of existing products.
