Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Michigan seeks a strategic Product Manager to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions for customers and the organization. You will partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to translate business needs into valuable products.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, SAFe/Agile practices, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Services, IT, Product Management, or a related area.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain certification within your first year).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area.
• Prioritize work that delivers the greatest business and customer value.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to align strategy with execution.
• Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market readiness activities.
• Use data, insights, and industry trends to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile and SAFe practices that enable high-quality, predictable delivery.
