A biotechnology firm in Boston is seeking a Mini CEO who possesses extensive market knowledge and project management experience in bioprocessing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality control and a biotechnology development background. This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally about 50% of the time and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in product management in biopharmaceuticals. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience in biopharmaceutical markets.
5+ years of customer experience in biotechnology capital devices.
5+ years in Cell Culture or Fermentation Development Laboratory.
5+ years of Cell Culture or Fermentation Development Lab/manufacturing experience.
Solid understanding of QC, QA, GMP and FDA validation requirements.
Solid understanding of biotechnology nutrients, metabolites, gases and cell counting systems.
Willingness to travel within the US and internationally around 50% of the time.
BA/BS Degree required.
