Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking experienced Product Managers to join an established health technology company remotely in EST or CST time zones. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Product Managers will play a key role in integrating AI technology into a large RCM platform. Responsibilities include managing products or components, analyzing complex problems, understanding the product lifecycle, defining roadmaps, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires frequent domestic travel for in-person collaboration, with costs covered by the company.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches
• Follow the launch and readiness playbook for assigned initiatives
• Manage projects and tasks following Product Operations processes
• Ensure adherence to Product Standards, oversee inbound requests, manage product lifecycle, and utilize Aha! best practices
• Participate in product best practices initiatives
• Improve product adoption through tools like digital adoption, tutorials, and user guides
• Create and review product communications for clarity and accuracy
• Partner with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Analyze market and user data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Use data and policies to influence product strategy and define roadmaps
• Gather and validate requirements to ensure high-quality solutions
• Identify risks and dependencies, supporting mitigation plans
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
• Apply value prioritization techniques and track product metrics to measure success
