Job Title

Product Management Senior Specialist

As a Senior Product Manager within the Digital Media Product Strategy team focused on Data & Advertising Platforms, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our advertising technology with a strong focus on data integration, third-party ecosystems, and the application of AI in digital advertising. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, campaign strategy, ad operations, and legal/privacy to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and innovative product solutions. This role requires expertise in product management, a deep understanding of digital media and ad-tech, and a forward-thinking mindset around the integration of AI to enhance product performance and automation.

Key responsibilities

  • AI-Enhanced Product Strategy & Data-Driven Development: Leverage AI and data analytics to shape product strategy, improve targeting and campaign performance, and enable automation at scale. Define and monitor KPIs to assess product effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
  • 3rd Party Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors whose technologies can enhance our advertising ecosystem, manage integrations, and ensure ongoing performance and compliance.
  • Technical Feature Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap for specific technical features related to data enhancements of our advertising ecosystem. This includes gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with product development and R&D teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, account management, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and communicate product updates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in AI, digital advertising, data analytics, the travel industry, and the competitive landscape for relevant third-party technologies. Identify emerging technologies and best practices that can be incorporated into our platform.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the digital advertising or travel industry, with a focus on data integrations and vendor management.
  • 4+ years of product management experience in digital advertising or travel, with emphasis on data platforms, technical integrations, and AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of ad-tech, programmatic advertising, and AI’s role in audience targeting, creative optimization, campaign reporting and campaign automation.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical integrations with third-party vendors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, team player.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with ad-tech and travel industry is plus.
  • Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Good understanding on Data Privacy and GDPR is a plus.
  • Passion for the travel and advertising industry and a desire to make a significant impact.
