What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide reliability data management support for the Reliability & Asset Management platform
- Assist with the creation and deployment of visual reporting mechanisms for strategic reliability initiatives
- Develop training documentation and provide system training for end users
- Perform regular quality checks on system data and provide real-time feedback to improve data quality
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline data collection processes and enhance operational compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or Computer Science
- 4 to 6 years of experience with data management and database support
- Proven ability to read and apply information from technical manuals and reference materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMMS or ERP data management
- Background in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance
- Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript
- Certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional
