What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of Data Governance process standards and policies for data management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate data management practices
- Conduct analysis and maintain Data Governance process improvements for departmental or corporate strategy initiatives
- Monitor Data Governance inquiries and facilitate ad hoc triage workgroups as needed
- Contribute to the development of training materials that support the end-to-end Data Governance processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1 or more years of related experience with data analysis, data management, and/or business process improvements
- Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and best practices in data governance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including OneNote, Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications related to data governance and data management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, CIPP)
- Experience in Data Governance or Data Integration role, preferably in the Insurance industry
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and understanding of Business Operations
- Direct experience in the Insurance industry
