FedEx Logistics in Memphis is seeking a Product Management Principal to lead and advance strategic customer experiences that differentiate our delivery platform.
You will define and execute the future-state strategy, drive alignment across channels, and guide executive-level forums to ensure progress. The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years in product management, and strong presentation skills; hybrid work four days on campus within 50 miles.

Minimum Education
Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.
Strong project management and project management leadership experience.
Pay: Level E28; Memphis range: $8,452.14/mo - $14,368.63/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
