Federal Express Corporation seeks a lead solution architect to drive end-to-end supply chain initiatives, aligning Sales, Engineering and Operations with project goals.
You will design, develop, and implement solutions for internal and external customers, mentor teams, and guide cross-functional collaboration while managing multiple complex assignments across domestic and international programs.
Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement.
Brings expertise in eCommerce, sales, and supply chain with strong operational acumen, proven ability to lead initiatives and build cohesive teams delivering domestic and international customer solutions. Overnight travel required. Energetic leader with strong communication & consulting skills, analytical ability & experience managing diverse teams, facilitating high-level supply chain discussions, and driving results for customers and FedEx. This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week. Central and Eastern time zone preferred.
