Job summary

Smarty is seeking a Product Management Intern in our Orem, Utah office to learn what it takes to turn customer insights into real solutions, from idea to launch. This paid internship runs January 2027 through August 2027, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and onsite presence.

You will collaborate with our product management team to research customer needs, support the roadmap, and translate requirements into actionable features across engineering, UX, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Interest or coursework in product management, business strategy, or technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data to support decisions and recommendations.
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Preference: familiarity with location intelligence data, GIS, address validation, or geocoding.

• Help gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance
• Assist with product training materials and sales support as needed
• Participate in company cultural initiatives, and apply the learned principles in your work and in your interactions with others
