Job summary

Pilot Company in Knoxville, Tennessee, invites a Product Design Intern for the summer of 2027 to contribute to digital experiences across our mobile app, website, and retail technology platforms. You will be mentored by our experienced Product Design team and help bring new features from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Information Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) required.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking expected.

Responsibilities

• Support digital product design across Pilot's mobile app, website, and retail technology platforms.
• Create user-centered interfaces and user journeys.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to bring concepts to life.
• Apply user feedback and industry best practices to design solutions.
