Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software discipline and Product Management team within the TechEx Practice. You will help shape experiences that deliver value, usability, and feasibility to clients while learning from mentors in an environment that blends product development and advisory work.

This internship offers exposure to agile practices, AI-enabled insights, and capabilities across discovery, QA, storytelling, and research.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree; expected graduation Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundational Agile/UX product development practices.
• Contribute to discovery through research and user interviews.
• Support QA with acceptance criteria and process improvements.
• Craft narratives using storytelling and surface AI trends.
• Help create digital offerings like portals and apps.
• Prepare concise status reports and communications.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and recommendations.
