Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software discipline and Software Engineering team within our TechEx Practice. You will collaborate with product teams to understand client needs, delivering AI-enhanced software solutions across web, mobile, and legacy modernization projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies (C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, cloud platforms) and patterns (MVC, REST, GraphQL), while receiving mentorship from

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; travel costs covered by employer.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to improve productivity and insights.
