Salesforce is seeking a Product Management Director for Salesforce Success Plans in New York City. You will lead the path from customer insight to execution, grounding decisions in research, building compelling business cases with financial modeling, and aligning senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 10+ years of product management experience, including packaging/pricing of B2B SaaS offerings
• Track record owning a product line end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, GTM enablement, post-launch iteration
• Strong cross-functional influence skills—ability to align across Sales, CS, and Marketing
• Experience with subscription/tiered pricing models and retention/adoption metrics
• Familiarity with AI and agentic technologies impacting customer adoption and GTM decisions

Responsabilidades

• Conduct customer and stakeholder research to understand needs and drive innovation
• Develop clear, concise business cases including financial modeling for new offers or enhancements
• Drive growth and adoption of Success Plans in market
• Own operating rhythm behind the offer: feedback loops, performance reporting, and V2MOM updates
