• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product requirements.
• Strong business acumen with experience in building business cases and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated influence and communication skills across various organizational levels.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape the strategy and performance of facility operations products that support large-scale workplace services and operational improvement. You will work closely with clients, account teams, and technology partners to translate real-world operational challenges into scalable offerings and clear delivery plans. The position is focused on driving adoption, improving service delivery, and creating repeatable solutions that strengthen outcomes for complex facilities environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,000 – $200,000 annually
