Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with technical aptitude.
• 3+ years of product management, project management, engineering experience, and/or technical business development.
• 3+ years of experience in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate well and to work with cross-functional teams globally; willingness to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Drive the new business opportunity funnel with sales and BU; align on strategy and actions to win each opportunity.
• Promote the optical portfolio to field teams; clarify positioning, benefits and target customers.
• Prepare revenue projections for key accounts; forecast and book-to-ship estimates.
• Coordinate pricing and market strategy with sales to maximize share at key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits; travel for training, factory visits, negotiations.
• Identify product/solution gaps with cross-functional teams; define market requirements.
