Job summary

You will serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, develop power interconnect concepts, create 3D models, and prepare product documentation to drive design wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years in the connector/interconnect industry, preferably power-related products.
• Proven track record of technical customer support that led to design wins.
• Strong understanding of connectors and interconnect systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into engineering solutions.
• Proficiency with Creo and Windchill for CAD and data management.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and develop power interconnect solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and match requirements with existing products or new concepts.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering teams through the product lifecycle.
• Recommend optimal connector and power solutions based on application and system requirements.
• Create 3D models, engineering concepts, and technical presentations to communicate proposed solutions.
• Prepare drawings, product specifications, lab test results, and material/plating analysis.
