Job Description:

• Responsible for the overall operations in assigned manufacturing organization. Develops strategies, customer relationships, and specific programs to achieve business objectives.

• Enhances semiconductor or related devices/equipment, processes, and handling systems to meet objectives. Participates actively in new product introduction and supports the transition from prototype to full production.

• Engages with product engineering, supply chain, and customers to understand end-market requirements.

• Ensures manufacturability and yield requirements are met. Works in a cross-functional team to maintain high yield in a high-volume manufacturing environment, meeting quality and reliability standards for data/telecommunication applications.

• Supports customer return analysis, corrective actions, and failure analysis report writing.

• Analyzes situations or data requiring in-depth organizational knowledge. Conducts DOE for assembly process optimization and data analysis to improve yield.

• Implements strategic policies for selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

• Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance standards.

• Develops robust design systems and processes to address manufacturing challenges, mitigate risks, and reduce new product cycle time to market.
