Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Product Manager located in Claremont, NC, Shakopee, MN, or El Paso, TX.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:

The Product Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of a defined product line within the Broadband business unit. Responsibilities include product line strategy, pricing, profitability, and marketing. The individual will also manage new product introductions to market, working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. The role requires effective teamwork, vision, and leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the product lifecycle of your portfolio.
2. Oversee financial performance, including revenue and margins.
3. Lead new product launches, defining requirements, setting pricing, and creating marketing collateral, collaborating with relevant teams.
4. Advise operations on demand forecasts and timing.
5. Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies with stakeholder input; participate in technology and product roadmap planning to identify growth opportunities.
6. Research competitive products and customer needs through trade shows, publications, social media, and sales communication.
7. Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to reduce costs, enhance lead times, and optimize promotional strategies.
8. Support sales activities such as calls, quotes, bids, and system updates.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related product management or technical experience.
• Experience in telecommunications and fiber connectivity.
• Experience with Fiber Distribution Hubs is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business finance and P&L is preferred.
• Ability to align and work within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with outside plant connectors, cables, or fiber optics is preferred.
