Assist the Powersports Sales Manager in developing and executing the product line strategy, including pricing, customer targeting, and market positioning.

• Collaborate with R&D on new product development, sourcing validation, and successful product launches.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor product line performance and provide regular updates to the Powersports Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with marketing to support promotional efforts, including newsletters and annual catalog updates.
• Partner with the data team to maintain accurate product datasets in the Electronic Product Catalog.
• Maintain the relationship between Cometic and MXSports by representing Cometic at GNCC events, Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championship, and Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross.

Job Requirements:

• Strong powersports application knowledge is a must.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (includes national and international tradeshows and events).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
