Qualifications

• Experience leading the cost estimation process for new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and maintain baseline BOM costing for product lines.
• Proficient in market-based target cost models, benchmarking and open-book costing methods.
• Experience with supplier negotiations to achieve cost improvements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate feedback to new business quotes and support cost estimation activities across functions.
• Lead the cost estimation process for new business opportunities and support business growth.
• Develop, maintain and improve BOM costing for product lines.
• Create and maintain target cost models and conduct cost analyses to evaluate supplier competitiveness.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead BOM 2.0 initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve cost transparency and value while supporting supplier development.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and cost breakdowns to align with target costs and sourcing strategies.
• Provide leadership to costing and cross-functional teams with data-driven decision making.
• Support business planning with cost roadmaps and forecasting.
