Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cost analysis, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience analyzing product costs, manufacturing costs, budgets, and financial data to support business decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to execute and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-priority and deadline management.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• In quotation stage, communicate with Development and Strategy, Business Unit, Product Business Unit, Purchasing.
• Formulate reasonable quotation assumptions and timely complete the business plan.
• Include key business assumptions, target cost schedule, capex budget, labor time, R&D cost prediction, risk identification, ROI analysis, cost variance analysis.
• Organize internal reviews of the business plan and obtain approvals.
• Track and update the business plan until the program is obtained.
• Complete the annual rate development work.
• Teach new employees and optimize processes for this position.
• Maintain BOS documents and ensure ISO/BOS compliance and continual improvement.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values, culture, and leadership behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality and abide by information security policies.
• Comply with laws and ethical standards, and foster strong teamwork.
