Job summary

Just Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Product Lifecycle & Master Data Specialist in Orem, UT to own product data accuracy from specs to lifecycle records.

You will partner with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure compliant, traceable data across systems and channels. You’ll lead item master data in NetSuite, manage BOMs, and support change control, with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with product specifications, master data, ERP or PLM systems, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite item records, BOMs, and inventory or product data integrations.
• Familiarity with product compliance data such as label claims, allergens, certifications, and UPC/GTIN requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint, eQMS, PIM, or e-commerce and EDI integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage product information and lifecycle status from concept to launch, active sale, discontinuation, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate product changes for formulas, packaging, labels, suppliers, and manufacturing data; communicate timing and impact to teams.
• Support launch readiness by coordinating item setup, required documentation, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Review slow-moving products and advise on reformulation, discontinuation, or other actions with data support.
• Create and maintain finished-product, ingredient, and packaging specifications; manage revision history and approvals.
