Just Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Product Lifecycle & Master Data Specialist to own the accuracy of product information, from specifications and item master data to lifecycle records.

You will ensure data is accurate, approved, traceable, and consistent across systems and channels, partnering with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and suppliers. You’ll be detail-driven, systems-minded, and adept at resolving data discrepancies, supporting launches,

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience with product specifications, master data, ERP or PLM systems.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite item records, BOMs, and data integrations.
• Familiarity with label claims, allergens, certifications, and UPC/GTIN requirements.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Manage product information and lifecycle status from concept to obsolescence.
• Coordinate product change requests for formulas, packaging, labels, suppliers, and manufacturing data.
• Create, maintain, and distribute specifications for finished products, ingredients, and packaging.
• Maintain BOMs and ensure data consistency across systems.
