Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks a data-driven Products Data Lead to establish a single source of product master data, including hierarchy and attributes, and to define a defensible profitability methodology. You will translate data foundation into KPI sets and create a fact pack that ties analyses to North Star metrics.

Reporting to the VP of Operation Transformation, you will collaborate with Product GMs to drive EBITDA impact and forward-looking transparency across finance, IT, and sourcing.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years in commercial analytics, data science, or master data management preferred.
• Strong SQL and analytics tooling; fluency with the modern data stack and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Establish a governed source of product master data including hierarchy and attributes.
• Translate data foundation into KPI set aligned to ELT strategy.
• Create a fact pack linking analyses to true north KPIs identified.
• Work upstream of the ops-data analytics team and partner with Product GMs.
• Own methodology for product profitability, penetration, and cross-referencing.
