Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Team Leader to oversee the transition of new products from concept to execution in Salt Lake City, UT. You will coordinate cross-functional BU sub-teams, manage project plans, and ensure milestones are met while aligning with customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management within CPG or technical/operations settings, PMI/Lean Six-Sigma certification is a plus, and SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in Project Management.
• 5–7 years of Project Management; preferably with background in CPG and technical/operations projects.
• PMI and/or Lean Six-Sigma certification a plus.
• ERP system experience, SAP preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent PLM on BU teams for both innovation and execution tracks.
• Lead cross-functional sub-teams to develop project plans with timelines and risks.
• Manage project plans and risk mitigation to meet objectives.
• Track milestones and report status; escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee PLM processes and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Lead continuous improvement of PLM processes and efficiency.
