Job summary

First Quality Consumer Products, LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Team Leader to coordinate new product introductions and upgrades. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across innovation and execution tracks.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and SAP/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in Project Management.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Project Management experience; preferably with CPG and technical/operations projects.
• PMI and/or Lean Six-Sigma certification a plus.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PLM representative on the Category BU team and coordinate innovation and execution tracks.
• Lead cross-functional BU Sub-Teams to develop project plans with timelines, tasks, risks and status reports.
• Ensure projects meet internal and customer expectations; monitor milestones and manage risks.
• Oversee direct reports and enforce end-to-end PLM processes; drive improvements and efficiency.
