Job summary

JCW Group in Mountain View, CA is seeking a PLM Analyst to support engineering change management, product documentation, and configuration management across programs. You will manage product data, BOMs, ECOs, and ensure compliance with established processes.

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to coordinate changes, release decisions, and maintain accurate documentation for new and existing products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PLM, engineering change management, or configuration management.
• Experience with ECOs, deviations, and approval workflows.
• Hands-on experience with BOMs, engineering documentation, and change control processes.

An established technology and manufacturing client is seeking a PLM Analyst to support engineering change management, product documentation, and configuration management processes.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Manage product data, documentation, parts, and complex multilevel Bills of Materials (BOMs) within PLM systems


• Review, process, and release Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and related change requests


• Coordinate change approvals and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams


• Support configuration management and product lifecycle activities for new and existing products


• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and ensure compliance with established processes


• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in PLM, engineering change management, or configuration management


• Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Arena and/or Empower preferred)


• Engineering exposure and understanding of BOMs, engineering documentation, and change control processes


• Familiarity with ECOs, deviations, and approval workflows


• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams


• Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex, multilevel BOMs


• Experience supporting both new product introductions and existing products


• Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional engineering teams
