Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work-execution platform, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee Reporting capabilities and ROI narratives within the Core division. You will guide an exciting portfolio from in-app reporting to nascent AI-powered features, serving mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will balance delivering insight with simplicity, partnering with sales, and inspiring a team of designers and engineers to achieve measurable KPIs and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management at enterprise scale.
• Experience in customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Ability to define data requirements with data/infra teams.
• Experience partnering with sales for upmarket deals.
• Proven track record expanding audiences to executives and leaders.
• Strong leadership to drive a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own our Reporting capabilities end-to-end, shaping strategy using data, research, and market analysis.
• Evolve analytics products from frontline managers to enterprise audiences.
• Own ROI narrative, partnering with sales to measure impact within the GTM motion.
• Deliver large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements to accelerate growth.
• Partner with sales to directly help close large deals.
• Inspire and guide designers and engineers to hit ambitious KPIs and roadmap goals.
