Job summary

MarketSphere Unclaimed Property Specialists in Omaha, NE is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product organization and shape the platform roadmap. The role reports to the CTO and partners with Engineering, Practice Leaders, and client delivery teams to drive a cohesive product strategy.

You will drive in a highly regulated environment, build an capable team, and translate market input into a business-case-driven plan. Experience in regulated industries and executive leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with multi-team leadership.
• Experience delivering tech products in regulated industries (financial services or healthcare preferred).
• Ability to craft a market-driven product vision and gain executive buy-in.
• Proven ability to translate vision into incremental roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Experience shipping software to external customers and internal users.
• Strong partnership with engineering and fluency in modern product development practices.
• Executive presence to align leadership on a clear point of view.
• Experience at Director/Senior Director/VP levels.
• Experience managing product budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define the 3–5 year product vision and roadmap aligning with leadership.
• Translate vision into executable roadmaps with priorities and milestones.
• Partner with Engineering to drive delivery and manage trade-offs.
• Establish product telemetry and metrics to measure impact.
• Build and lead the Product Management team.
• Lead product governance and align priorities across teams.
• Collaborate with CTO on hiring and org design.
• Enable Marketing and Sales with competitive differentiation.
• Partner with Client Delivery to configure for client contexts.
• Protect operations with secure, compliant delivery practices.
