Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of end-to-end software product ownership.
• Experience with multi-team product portfolios.
• Experience delivering software in regulated environments.
• Experience evaluating APIs, data models, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate software product strategy, vision, and roadmap across products and platforms.
• Define measurable success metrics and adjust priorities based on performance.
• Lead buy/build/configure decisions across platforms, evaluating total cost of ownership.
• Manage portfolio prioritization and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Guide product strategy for APIs, data models, and internal tools across teams.
• Collaborate with engineers on system design and platform investments.
• Establish development standards for discovery, requirements, and launch readiness.
• Define requirements for regulated workflows with validation and audit trails.
• Lead product discovery and design reviews with user research and data-driven prioritization.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers in product management.
