Job summary

FIS is embarking on a strategic product initiative for Reciprocal Deposits. The role leads product direction, roadmap, and commercial governance, guiding teams across engineering, treasury, operations, and marketing to deliver a scalable, compliant solution.

You will partner with GTM and Commercial teams, own pricing inputs, and drive adoption, pricing telemetry, and customer enablement while ensuring regulatory readiness and auditability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial technology or banking domains.
• Experience working with engineering on highly technical systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and MVP scope for Reciprocal Deposits, including scale path and commercial readiness gates.
• Write PRDs, launch plans, operating requirements, user stories, and decision memos.
• Own enrollment, onboarding, exclusions, insurance cap enforcement, capacity profiles, allocation logic, and matching.
