Job summary

IMO Health is seeking a Product Manager for Perioperative and Procedural Solutions in Chicago. You will own the strategy, roadmaps, market positioning, and commercial success of perioperative content offerings and related workflows.

You will translate customer needs and industry trends into differentiated solutions, collaborating with engineering, sales, client services, and marketing. The role demands healthcare domain expertise and strong leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years in a healthcare provider setting or related product management.
Experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech or other enterprise healthcare platforms.
Understanding of CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and other clinical terminology standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps for IMO Health perioperative and procedural content offerings.
Develop deep expertise across the product stack from clinical terminology to workflow applications and experiences.
Collaborate with channel partners and EHR vendors to improve integration within clinical workflows.
Develop and articulate business cases for adjacent growth opportunities.
