Job summary

SentiLink seeks a data-focused leader to own the product vision and roadmap for its identity resolution suite, including prefill, identity completion, and pinning. You will oversee data merging, keying, and linking tech with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and analytics.

You'll drive scalable data platforms, define success metrics, and translate complex internal needs into actionable specifications while balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed/big-data environments (Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on technical problems.
• Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements, prioritize, and deliver on complex programs.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal data-intensive initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve quality, reliability, and usability of datasets and platforms.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof data assets and scalability.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Manage prioritization across competing internal demands and track success metrics.
• Translate complex needs into clear specifications and align teams.
• Apply structured project management to multi-team initiatives with dependencies.
• Define and track metrics such as quality, latency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.
