Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Product Lead to own the IT-side delivery for their domain. You will bridge business intent and delivery, ensuring work is well-defined, refined, and aligned to the Product Manager's value.

You will partner daily with the Delivery Lead and engineering teams to shape backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. In this role you will lead discovery activities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and manage priorities across squads to

Experience owning a product backlog in an agile delivery environment.
Ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements and user stories.
Proven ability to prioritize scope and manage dependencies across teams.

Responsibilities

Own backlog management for assigned delivery teams and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Prioritize story sequencing and sprint content in partnership with engineering teams.
Translate epic-level handoffs into well-formed user stories and tasks.
Ensure acceptance criteria, dependencies and technical approaches are clear.
Elicit and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
Lead product discovery activities and articulate value-driven decisions.
Communicate backlog priorities and rationale to delivery teams and stakeholders.
Track product performance and contribute to value realization reviews.
