Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead end-to-end product delivery across internal clients, product engineering, and operations in Orlando. You will translate business needs into technical specs, manage the backlog, and drive value with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with SCRUM teams, ensure Agile alignment, and define the product roadmap while communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels. A strong analytics mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or Information Technology, or six (6+) years of equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience with eCommerce or other customer-facing internet properties.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business process mapping and re-engineering.
• Understanding of SCRUM framework, roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and tools.
• Proven track record delivering products in collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal clients, end users, product engineering, technology operations, and other product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to develop cross-functional solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and communicate business value to stakeholders.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
• Define product vision, scope, and roadmap for assigned solutions.
• Create user stories and track product progress through iterations.
• Support Change Management and Training with content for manuals.
